My Lord,

I have the honour to forward for transmis- sion to the Central Clearing Office the scrip of certain shares belonging to German nationals which have been in the possession of the Custodian of Enemy Property in this Colony.

As the registered office of the companies concerned is in London these shares have been or will be dealt with by the Custodian of Enemy Property in the United Kingdom and it is considered that it may facilitate transfers of these shares if the Custodian is in posses- sion of the actual scrip.
